Baker Donelson a partner Craig C Conley He became a general civil mediator listed in Tennessee’s Rule 31 and was able to act as a neutral party helping to resolve disputes through a less expensive, time-consuming, and adversarial voluntary settlement process than litigation. Conley is a member of the company’s healthcare litigation group. A graduate of the University of Memphis School of Law, he is also a member of the American Health Law Association and the Corporate Counsel Association, as well as the Memphis and Tennessee bar associations.

Memorial Baptist Health Care name of the thing Doctor. H.F. Mason Chief Quality Officer at the 22-hospital healthcare organization. In this newly created role, Mason will provide leadership and oversight for the company’s quality, infection prevention, quality data, analytics, certification, and compliance. Assist in developing a comprehensive clinical quality and safety strategy to maintain a high standard of care in all Baptist Memorial facilities. Mason will also work towards a Certified Executive Physician title and a master’s degree in healthcare quality and safety. Mason will continue to serve as Chief Medical Officer for Baptist Memorial Hospital – DeSoto and Baptist Memorial Hospital – Tipton. He graduated from the University of Mississippi College of Medicine and completed his general surgery training at Vanderbilt Medical Center. Mason has worked as a general surgeon for over 20 years and is board certified by the American Board of Surgery.

John Tarpleya contributor to Lewis ThomasonThe Nashville office recently helped form Truck Advocacy Advisors, a commercial transportation advocacy organization. TDAC held its first meeting with 300 participants from the commercial transportation industry. Tarpley has established himself as one of the preeminent attorneys representing commercial carriers and their employees nationwide. He has successfully defended trucking companies in state and federal courts and in mediation and settlement proceedings across the country.

Lyman Roberts Announce a promotion Walter Shoemaker Jr To the rank of staff foreman. Road leveling includes measures in which existing asphalt is removed for restoration and repair work. He will direct, educate and manage all team members on site, while supervising subcontractors and equipment. In addition, will be responsible for understanding DOT standards and quality control guidelines. Finally, he will enforce the company’s directive and safety standards while meeting construction deadlines. Prior to promotion, he served as division team captain. The Shoemaker has been working with the family of companies, which includes the Memphis Stone & Gravel Co., for over 10 years. In addition, Lehman-Roberts upgraded Nicole Billingsley to the Accounting Supervisor. She will be responsible for managing accounts payable and financial responsibilities related to material handling and job transfer tickets, as well as assisting in the collection of accounts receivable. Previously, Billingsley was an accountant. She has been a team member since September 2020.
